MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
MAY 15, 2013
THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER WITH THE FOLLOWING PRESENT: TRUSTEES – PHILIP PAVICK , JOHN LITTLE AND JOSEPH OWENS. ROADMAN – MIKE NOBLE AND FISCAL OFFICER – BRUCE DOWNES.
THE FOLLOWING BILLS – SEE ATTACHED PAYMENT LISTING REPORT – WERE PRESENTED AND APPROVED FOR PAYMENT.
J. OWENS MOVED AND P. PAVICK SECONDED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING AS PRESENTED. ALL IN FAVOR, MOTION PASSED.
GUESTS – BILL LUCAS, SR. – OTARMA – ANDERSON-CAMPBELL INSURANCE

MR. LUCAS REVIEWED WITH THE BOARD THE TOWNSHIP’S INSURANCE PROGRAM’S LIMITS, COVERAGES, CHANGES, REBATES AND THE MORE PROGRAM THAT OTARMA OFFERS. AFTER REVIEWING THE EQUIPMENT LISTING SEVERAL CORRECTIONS WILL BE MADE.
THE COUNTY ENGINEER WILL BE ASSISTING THE TOWNSHIP IN THE REPLACEMENT OF CULVERTS ON HERITAGE AND HALO WITH THE TOWNSHIP PURCHASING THE CULVERTS.
P. PAVICK MOVED AND J. LITTLE SECONDED TO PURCHASE THE FOLLOWING CULVERTS – 30 FEET OF 36 INCH CULVERT AND 40 FEET OF 48 INCH CULVERT FOR THE PROJECTS ON HERITAGE AND HALO ROADS. ALL IN FAVOR, MOTION PASSED.
IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE TAR BUGGY HAS ENGINE PROBLEMS AND P. PAVICK WILL CONTACT BRIAN WILLIAMS TO SEE ABOUT NEEDED REPAIRS.
ROADMAN’S REPORT – THERE IS BRUSH IN THE ROAD DITCH ON INDIGO AND FORT ROADS THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. PROPERTY OWNERS WILL BE CONTACTED. SEVERAL HOOKS NEED TO BE WELDED ON THE 2007 GMC 4500 TRUCK BED AND THE 1992 FORD 8000 NEEDS A DOT INSPECTION. GRADING WORK WILL BE DONE NEXT ON STALLION, GRANADA AND HERITAGE ROADS.
P. PAVICK MOVED AND J. OWENS SECONDED TO SELL THE OLD 3 POINT REAR BLADE FOR $50.00 TO RON TUBAUGH. ALL IN FAVOR, MOTION PASSED.
AS THERE WAS NOTHING FURTHER TO COME BEFORE THE BOARD THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AT 8:35 PM ON A MOTION BY J. LITTLE AND SECONDED BY P. PAVICK. ALL IN FAVOR, MOTION PASSED.
